The Ultimate Paintball Experience

So we have decided to dive straight into this year by starting off with a good game of paintball on 23rd Feb.

PAINTBALL is a game in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by tagging them with capsules containing water soluble dye and gelatin shell outside (referred to as paintballs) propelled from a device called a paintball marker (commonly referred to as a paintball gun). The game is regularly played at a sporting level with organized competition involving worldwide leagues, tournaments, professional teams, and players.

Paintball Games can be played on very hard floors in indoor fields, or outdoor fields of varying sizes. A game field is scattered with natural or artificial terrain, which players use for tactical cover. Game types in paintball vary, but can include capture the flag, elimination, ammunition limits, defending or attacking a particular point or area, or capturing objects of interest hidden in the playing area. Depending on the variant played, games can last from seconds to hours, or even days in scenario play.

I have visited this so called 'undisclosed location' and I can assure you that I am really looking forward to 23rd. The most amazing thing about this place is its serenity. It outside Nairobi and I'd say it is a perfect location for paintball.

Its uniqueness is also due to having an indoors course as part of the experience. its themed games allows you to save a hostage, collecting trophies, capture the flag, destroy your opponent's radar station, take out the opponent's leader or kick the opponent's bucket; all this while you are avoiding being hit by the opponent's ammunition... yes, its that fun!!!

Just a few tips, do not shoot randomly, take aim and only fire when you are sure of the target, at least you will not run out of ammunition too fast and that way, the game takes longer to end... and that's definitely when it is more fun. Always watch your back, you never know where you opponent will turn up. For the ladies, please carry a head scarf, that's unless you want to go home with a patch of pink hair, I'm speaking out of experience.

And as you can see, you are provided with a helmet, that's to make sure you do not get paint into your eyes, and overalls to make sure you do not go home looking like a rainbow. However, you will notice the top of the top of the head is open, that is why I advice the ladies to carry a head scarf.

Well, how else can I convince you to be there??? Make your reservations fast and check out more details on the event page on Facebook.
